  Once again I was taught that quality of service is something you have to pay for. After almost 6 months of attempting to get a fair priced policy, I gave up. Why ? Because this company chose to use just enough medical data to justify higher premiums. Thru their ineptness, conflicting statements, surly representatives, I finally realized they did me a favor. Would you believe that they actually used another person's medical history as my own. These insurance experts failed to notice the difference in age, height, weight and other factors. No one ever apologized or caught the mistake until I informed them. God help my family, this is NOT the company I would want to be there if something happened to me.
