Took my car to Rx after I felt I was being taken advantage of at another shop. They put they car on the lift and after 10 minutes there was a plan to repair only what needed repairing. I took my car there without an appointment on a Wednesday morning. They were busy with appointments and other walk-ins. I was greeted immediately and they took a look at my car right away and gave me an estimate and offered to complete the repair the same day or I could call to schedule a time that was convenient for me. There was no pressure and no surprises. I went back later that day when the part arrived and while I was waiting I noticed that everyone that had gone in either knew another customer waiting or had an established relationship with the guys at the shop. My car was fixed right (I took it somewhere else before for "repair") and quickly. This place is not only a hidden gem but a model for any other business. They know customer service, quality work and are clearly just all around good people. I think 30 + rave reviews speaks for itself. Beyond 5 stars. Thank you!
